OBJECTIVE: Figure out the 7-12-letter secret word by Using as few “hint words” as possible.

PLAY: Type a 4-letter “hint word” into the first box provided and SUBMIT. A corresponding number will be returned in the box to the right. This number tells how many letters in your hint word are included in the secret word. (A repeated letter will not be counted twice unless it appears more than once in the secret word.) Continue this process and, by using deductive reasoning and process of elimination, try to determine what the secret word is. When you have discovered it, type it into the Solution box and SUBMIT. A “correct” or “incorrect” response will be returned. Only one such submission may be made per Player.

POINTS will be accrued based on the number of hint words submitted by the Player in order to obtain the solution. (5 pts for 1-5 hint words; 4 pts for 6-10 hint words; 3 pts for 11-15; and 2 pts for 16 or more.)
